The game will usually only let you carry one at a time, so if you have one in your inventory, you won't be able to get the ones on the ground or buy them. There's a few ways to get around this. First, start an alchemy recipe that uses the leaf. The game will let you pick up or buy another leaf if you have one in the pot.
