What actions and behaviours will be considered irregular and flagged by the proctor? Candidates are responsible for reviewing the list of possible actions and behaviors outlined in the Candidate Handbook and on the ProctorU website that may be flagged as irregular by the Proctor.

Irregular or suspicious behaviours can lead to an incident report being issued to the HCA Directory by the proctor. Candidates are required to review the Candidate Handbook prior to writing their Exam.
